One point of contact. From plan to go-live, and after that.
From Bussum we build systems for B2B companies that sell through conversations: leadflow, follow-up and pipeline for new clients, dashboards and workflows for the work after that. On your own accounts, and you stay the owner.
Nobody builds the system around it.
Over the past few years I worked with companies that all showed the same pattern. They had plenty of tools. They had plenty of ideas. But what they did was a patchwork of loose parts. Outbound without follow-up. A CRM that did not add up. Workflows that lived in spreadsheets. Nobody built the system around it, everyone only delivered parts.
AiWebSolutions was founded to do that differently. Not another outbound agency. Not another stand-alone tool. Instead, one integrated whole that connects leadflow, follow-up and pipeline, built by the same person who designed it. One working system, delivered within weeks.
Strategy and build in the same hands.
Most firms that work with AI or automation are either strategic (reports, decks, advice) or technical (tools, scripts, no-code). We combine both. So it does not stop at an idea or a stand-alone automation: it ends in a system that fits how your business works.
- 01
Systems, not stand-alone tools
A tool rarely solves anything structurally. What works is infrastructure: leadflow, follow-up, data and execution that work as one within your business.
- 02
Building, not advising
No report you have to carry out yourself. No list of recommendations. Instead, a working system, tested, delivered and ready to use.
- 03
Practical over hype
AI is a means, not a sales pitch. What counts is whether the problem is solved and whether your team has less work because of it. Not whether it can carry the AI label.
You talk to the person who actually builds it.

I am Melle Hilbrink. I design the system, put it together and test it. You talk to the person who builds the integrations too, and that does not change.
If a project grows beyond one pair of hands, I work with two independent builders I have known for years and vouch for. You keep one point of contact, one invoice and one phone number. What you do not get: an account manager, or a junior who does the work.
I take on at most six clients at a time. Everything is set up on your own accounts, so if we stop, you keep the system and the data.
Small team. Direct execution.
You deal with Melle, from the first conversation to launch. Behind that, Arthur keeps the planning on track and Ralph helps build the technical side, so the work does not stall when things get busy. No account managers, no layers in between.

No talk. Just work.
A selection of the companies we built with, in their own words.
Founders who take scalability seriously.
We work best with founders and operators of B2B companies that are past the first stage. There is revenue, there is a proven offer, but the business has outgrown the way sales and operations run.
For you
- Proven B2B offer, deals from €3K
- Past the first stage: clients, revenue, a team
- Sales or operations run, but on too much manual work
- You want a working system, not an advice deck
Not for you
- Startups without a proven offer or product-market fit
- E-commerce or B2C companies
- Looking for an off-the-shelf lead machine
- No room for a 20-minute intro call
Want to know if there is a match?
Book an intro call: 20 minutes, no pitch and no sales script. We look at your situation and decide whether we can help you.
How an intro call works
